I am pleased to announce that Frank Bernard has been hired as the new Chief Compliance Officer for 天美传媒app免费版下载 System. Frank will lead an integrated 天美传媒app免费版下载 System enterprise compliance program - providing strategic guidance on compliance matters, overseeing performance monitoring and investigations, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and external regulations, and fostering a culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership.
With more than 20 years of executive experience in compliance, risk management, operations, and legal affairs, Frank has built high-performing teams and delivered transformative results across Fortune 100 companies and federal agencies. Prior to joining 天美传媒app免费版下载 System, Frank served as Director of Operations - Risk and Compliance at Amazon, where he led global compliance initiatives across transportation, trade, food safety, and environmental programs.
Earlier in his career, Frank held the role of Chief Administration Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at DISA Global Solutions, where he established the company's first compliance department. He also served as Vice President of Operations Compliance at Walmart, partnering with the executive leadership at both Walmart and Sam's Club to implement risk mitigation strategies across 5,000+ locations. His public service includes compliance leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Frank is an exemplary, values-based leader known for his ethical leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to operational integrity and people-first performance. He holds a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina Central University. He also served in our nation's military as a Gulf War Veteran in the U.S. Air Force, and we are grateful for his service.
